The Inventory Management Supervisor is responsible for ensuring adherence to inventory-related protocols across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend Fulfillment Center operations that influence inventory precision
  • Guarantee compliance with established policies and procedures across all locations
  • Support initiatives for new facilities and ensure achievement of operational KPIs
  • Examine daily reports and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Oversee cycle counts and analyze daily performance reports
  • Manage exception reporting and facilitate communication between teams
  • Work with Accounts Payable regarding vendor payments
  • Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of Physical Inventory
  • Exhibit strong communication, analytical, and organizational capabilities
  • Effectively manage data and demonstrate sound decision-making abilities
  • Showcase an entrepreneurial mindset and strong leadership traits

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in Inventory Management
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities
  • Familiarity with SQL is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Capability to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Best Practices
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Full vaccination against COVID-19 is mandatory

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Understanding of retail inventory management systems and procedures
  • Experience with inventory adjustments and conducting cycle counts
