* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation

* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and specifications

* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
* Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs
