Pharmacy Manager

As a Pharmacy Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading and directing your Pharmacy Staff, comprised of both staff Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing, overseeing, and operating all aspects within your pharmacy, including patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.
- Keeping your customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs.
- Leading with heart, displaying empathy and compassion for your patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues on your team.
- Motivating, inspiring, and developing your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize colleagues' strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps.
- Identifying critical business opportunities and meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy.
- Successfully implementing those solutions by leading your team to achieve specified goals.
- Adapting to change and adjusting plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting.
- Seeking new ways to grow, collaborating with others, and delivering better outcomes.
- Aligning others around purpose to gain support and commitment.
- Facilitating a 'team' culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- An active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
- Not to be on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA).
- To be listed on the pharmacy state license as the 'pharmacist in charge.'
- To submit required information/documents to your state PMP administrator to register for PMP access (in states with active PMP for pharmacist use).
We offer a competitive pay range of $70.00 - $87.00, with opportunities for bonus, commission, or short-term incentive programs.
