About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Barge Design Solutions, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple engineering projects from concept to completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Assist in project scope and budget development, as well as providing technical leadership on conventional projects.
  • Team Management: Direct EITs and designers in preparation of project plans, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings, as appropriate, to ensure customer satisfaction and expectations are met.
  • Technical Expertise: Designs experiments, interprets data, and develops conclusions on complex projects, leveraging strong working knowledge of Auto Cad, Micro station, and other essential equipment.
  • Document Management: Responsible for completing a subset of project documents, including engineer specifications, drawings, and reports.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited program.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 or more years of engineering experience, with a proven track record of success in project management.
  • Certifications: Registered PE, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
  • Skills: Strong working knowledge of industry-standard software, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
