We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Obstetrics Department at Wayne Hospital Company. This part-time position requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care in the Obstetrics Department, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies to meet those needs.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in other departments.
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
- BSN degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in Obstetrics, Labor and Delivery, or a related field.
- Current BLS certification required.
- NRP and ACLS certification preferred.
- Post Partum, Labor and Delivery experience.
- 1 year of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting.
- NCC and PALS certification.
This is a part-time position working 24 hours per week, with every third weekend and every other holiday rotation required. The shift begins at 7 AM. If you are a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
