Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

This position is a critical care nursing role, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
- BSN preferred, but not required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- 1-2 years of ICU experience in an acute care setting required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
- TNCC certification preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
