We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Associate to join our team at Norton Healthcare. As a Patient Care Associate, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care under the direction of licensed nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and skin care.
  • Ensure a clean and safe patient environment by maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
  • Perform phlebotomy and glucose checks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
