Job Summary

Kelly Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Structural Mechanic I to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for assembling and installing structural components, fabricating metal parts, and conducting quality inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and Install Structural Components: Utilize blueprints to assemble structural components, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Fabricate Metal Parts: Use hand tools and machinery to fabricate metal parts, meeting quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct Quality Inspections: Perform thorough inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with Engineers and Architects: Work closely with engineers and architects to resolve design issues and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, and perform complex mechanical tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members.
