Clinical Specialist

As a Clinician on our Children's Specialty Flex Program, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide mental health services to youth and their families. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and contribute to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with youth and families in the intake process, completing assessments and developing treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as coaching and support to help clients achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with other team members, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Therapeutic Support Specialists, and Family Partners, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide crisis intervention services as needed.
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Licensure preferred, but not required for license-eligible candidates.
• Prior experience working with youth with serious emotional and behavioral health disturbances and their families.
• Strong documentation and clinical writing skills.
• Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation required.
