Job Title: Well-Experienced CNA in Monroe Available Days and Nights

We are seeking a well-experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services in Monroe, Georgia.

About the Role:

As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct care to elderly residents, assisting with daily activities, personal hygiene, eating, and medication administration. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being, safety, and comfort of residents at all times.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist elderly residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Administer medications and assist with medication management.
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and restrictions.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any significant changes or concerns to the supervising nurse.
  • Assist residents with mobility and provide support during ambulation.
  • Document residents' care and progress accurately and timely.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents by following established protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Valid certification as a CNA.
  • Well-experienced in providing direct care to elderly individuals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the healthcare team.
  • Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift/move patients as required.
  • Knowledge of infection control procedures and safety practices.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including days and nights.
