Job Title: Supervising Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Pharmacist to join our team at Monroe Pharmacy. As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality professional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the pharmacy team to ensure efficient and safe delivery of medications to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting with medical-related issues and providing healthcare counseling.
  • Interact with physicians and utilize reference material to gain information on customers and prescriptions.
  • Manage the technical staff and organize and direct technicians' workflow.
  • Perform other responsibilities of a staff pharmacist.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy required, Doctor of Pharmacy preferred.
  • Licensed NY Pharmacist and Immunizer.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, computer, time and people management skills.
  • Retail Pharmacist experience required. Candidates with PROFICIENT knowledge of MICRO-MERCHANT Prime RX pharmacy software preferred.
