**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Vail Resorts, Inc. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for managing and developing all kitchen staff in the areas of safe food handling and preparation, and overall quality production of menu items.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage and develop all kitchen staff to ensure exceptional food quality and safety standards
* Be proficient in all positions in the kitchen, with a deep understanding of culinary techniques and menu preparation
* Oversee all food orders and requisitions to maintain proper par levels and costs
* Facilitate daily prep/production lists completion to ensure efficient kitchen operations
* Ensure all recipes are adhered to and produced consistently and safely

**Requirements**

* 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume food service environment
* Proven track record of managing and developing kitchen staff
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
