Job Summary

Technique, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of high-quality parts and assemblies for various industries, including aerospace, automotive, medical, and food processing. We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team of highly trained technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and apply basic weld symbols to ensure accurate and efficient welding processes.
  • Perform 1st piece table layouts to ensure proper part production.
  • Utilize CAD software (Solidworks) to design and develop new parts and assemblies.
  • Understand and apply GD&T principles to ensure part quality and accuracy.
  • Analyze CMM reports to identify and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Weld both MIG and TIG effectively on stainless and mild steel.
  • Meet customer expectations for stainless steel welding and AWS required specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Vocational training in a related field (STEM Program, Career Center, or Technical Trades Training).
  • Minimum 1 year of welding experience in an industrial setting.
  • Basic understanding of GD&T, print reading, hand tools, layout/inspection tools.
