The Clinical Staff Leader is a key member of the Nursing leadership team, responsible for leading a cohort of staff members and contributing to the overall management of the unit. This role involves developing and implementing clinical practice, providing patient care, and ensuring the unit's optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with and contribute to the professional development of staff members.
- Define standards for quality patient care.
- Develop, manage, and evaluate the area based on work team performance.
- Manage multiple projects and maintain alignment with strategic plan and vision.
- Act as a clinical leader and facilitate education for staff on clinical standards.
- Clinical Expertise: Demonstrates mastery of patient care, including patient assessment and treatment, care planning, patient education, and evidence-based practice.
- Quality Management: Has provided continuous analysis and evaluation of assignment work processes, striving for improvement.
