Job Title: Adjunct Instructor of Developmental English

Job Summary:

The Adjunct Instructor of Developmental English is responsible for teaching and developing course materials in the field of Developmental English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and teach course materials in Developmental English, including syllabi and supporting materials.
  • Communicate grades and student learning outcomes to students and the Division.
  • Hold office hours to support students.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
  • Master's degree in a related field from a regionally accredited institution preferred.
  • Teaching experience in-person and online.
  • Ability to teach effectively and incorporate various teaching strategies.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
