Position Details

This is a Full-Time position with various benefits, including:

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

  • Conduct daily inventory assessments to generate prep lists.
  • Create checklists and process outlines.
  • Report significant safety or operational issues.
  • Share commendable stories and achievements with staff and management.
  • Manage cash drawer operations and serve as a key holder.

Team Leadership:

  • Act as the primary contact for resolving minor to moderate challenges.
  • Oversee daily break rotations and staff reassignments as needed.
  • Set a positive example for all team members.
  • Provide motivation and encouragement to the team.
  • Train new and existing staff on approved recipes and responsibilities.
  • Manage time effectively during morning preparations and evening closing tasks.
  • Address escalated customer complaints in the absence of higher management.

Kitchen Management:

  • Enforce food safety standards, including inventory rotation and sanitation practices.
  • Coordinate the organization of shipments and deliveries.
  • Initiate in-service preparations as required.
  • Maintain service standards and consistency in recipes.
  • Ensure the organization of storage areas and uphold food quality standards.
  • Reinforce kitchen and restaurant policies.
