This Licensed Vocational Nurse role is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. You will have the chance to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the needs of residents and develop individualized care plans to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and document all care provided in the medical record.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress, including observations, interventions, and patient responses.

Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Valid California LVN license in good standing.
  2. Graduate of an accredited LVN program.
  3. At least 1 year of experience working as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in a long-term care setting.

Salary and Benefits Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$75,000, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
