Job Details

This entry-level position offers an estimated annual salary of $40,000 - $50,000 based on experience and qualifications.


Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivation Support: Assist in providing care and support for plant cultivation in accordance with our policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Facility Maintenance: Perform general cleaning duties in and around the facility, including cleaning trays, containers, drainage systems, and fertigation systems.
  • Grow Task Participation: Participate in all grow tasks, including cloning, transplanting, trellising, watering, feeding, defoliation, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, waste disposal, sachet hanging, inventory management, day tank adjustments, and sanitizing rooms for reset.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date accurate data logs.
  • Team Collaboration: Complete duties on time and willingness to accept additional job duties and responsibilities. Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age for legal reasons.
  • Must pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
