Key Responsibilities- Provide crisis management and support to children and families in the Pediatric Emergency Department
- Develop and implement safe discharge plans, coordinating with hospital and community-based resources
- Collaborate with Child Protection Social Workers to provide specialized training and support
- Assist with coverage in outpatient clinical areas as needed
- NYS LMSW or LCSW licensure
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments with children of all ages and their families
- Strong organizational and collaborative skills
- Experience working with children in a hospital setting
