Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to support our clinical team in providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in healthcare administration and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff, including preparing patients for exams and procedures
  • Handle administrative duties in a timely manner, such as updating patient records and ordering supplies
  • Assist providers with medical and cosmetic procedures, including setting up equipment and preparing patients
  • Provide patient education and reinforce provider instructions
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, including medical history and test results
  • Dispose of medical waste and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Review and follow posted OSHA instructions and requirements

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in healthcare administration or a related field
  • Medical Assistant Certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well with providers and other staff members
  • Customer service experience preferred
