Position Overview
We are in search of a Sous Chef to join a prestigious restaurant group based in Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the smooth operation of kitchen activities.
  • Support in managing food and labor expenditures.
  • Assist the head chef with inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Guarantee the quality and presentation of all culinary creations in a fully scratch kitchen environment.
  • Contribute to the pricing of new, existing, and seasonal menu items.
  • Adhere to and enforce the company’s safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Participate in the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.

Qualifications
