Job Summary: As a Staff RN-Ambulatory Clinics at FROEDTERT HEALTH, you will work collaboratively as an active member of the interprofessional team to provide therapeutic patient and family-centered care. This role involves systematically and continuously collecting and assessing data related to patient health status to develop, execute, and evaluate the plan of care. You will utilize evidence to drive clinical decisions and practice related to individual and population health.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide patient care coordination
Deliver direct patient care
Educate patients
Participate in telephone triage/eVisits
Perform/assist with in-clinic minor procedures

Requirements:

Clinical experience and/or interest in the care and management of patient populations
At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience, preferred
Nursing licensure required
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred
Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact)
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire
