Job Title: Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our Construction Management group in Philadelphia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of utility master plans, verifying installation accuracy, and coordinating with surveying, testing, and inspection staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate construction projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects.
  • Assist in creating and presenting project data to stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support to the Program Management Office (PMO) and Construction Managers.
  • Document construction progress, including photographs, daily reports, and notes.
  • Assist in preparing written materials, including correspondence, reports, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in a large capital improvement program.
  • Familiarity with relevant public codes and regulations.
  • BS/BA degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or related field.
