We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Premise INC.

Job Description:

The Electrical Project Manager will oversee electrical construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing daily tasks and activities to meet project objectives
  • Identifying and reporting on project schedule, budget, quality, and safety issues
  • Communicating daily goals and delegating tasks to crew members based on their skills
  • Submitting required reports and documents in a timely manner
  • Approving daily time sheets for the crew

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and designs, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Journeyman Electrician license
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Foreman in a similar business
  • Basic technical understanding of electrical work being managed
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical, math, and reasoning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflow changes
Benefits:

Premise INC offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Working Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires working both indoors and outdoors at remote job sites, which may involve extreme weather conditions, high places, and loud noise levels. The employee must be able to travel to remote job sites approximately 40% of the work week, including overnight stays.
