To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and at least 5 years of experience in the field. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Bluebeam and MS Excel are also required. The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
