Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Chassis Repair Specialist to ensure the optimal maintenance of trailer chassis. This role involves the installation and repair of braking systems, suspension components, and pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain frames and metal truck trailers.
- Modify and reconstruct chassis as needed.
- Install electrical wiring for dome lights and tailgates.
- Fit and assemble various components.
- Utilize hand tools and portable power tools effectively.
- Apply primer and protective coatings on metal and wood surfaces.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment.
