ER Tech Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ER Tech to join our team at Saint Francis Regional Medical Center. As an ER Tech, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our emergency department.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and splinting.
  • Assist with emergency procedures, such as 12-lead EKGs and AED/defibrillator use.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an ER Tech or in a related field.
  • BLS certifications, including PALS, ACLS, EMT, and EMT-B.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or vocational degree in a health-related field preferred.
  • Licensed Emergency Medical Tech - EMT - MN Emergency Medical Services Regulatory Board required if working in MN; WI Emergency Medical Services required if working in WI.
Work Environment:

As an ER Tech at Saint Francis Regional Medical Center, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. You will be required to work evenings, nights, and weekends, with up to every other weekend as needed.
