Position Overview

The Senior Market Finance Analyst plays a pivotal role in the analysis and reporting of market data, establishing connections between operational efficiency and member satisfaction with financial results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough data collection and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Provider Contracting, and Actuarial departments to support organizational goals.
  • Utilize advanced tools such as Excel, SQL, and SAS to extract and manipulate data, generate key performance reports, and create impactful data visualizations.
  • Communicate insights effectively to business partners and Regional Leadership, transforming complex data into clear, actionable information.
  • Develop and maintain data models for various analyses to enhance decision-making processes and monitor utilization trends.
QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with SAS or SQL.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously while collaborating with team members.
Preferred
  • Advanced degrees such as MBA or certifications like CPA.
  • Experience with PowerBI or Tableau.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $76,800 - $105,800 annually, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.
