Job Overview

Are you a native Spanish speaker looking for a challenging and rewarding career in retail sales? Do you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others? We're looking for a highly motivated and bilingual sales consultant to join our team

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options and provide personalized sales expertise
  • Meet sales targets and earn commissions by selling AT&T's full suite of products
  • Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to meet customer needs
  • Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
