Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and procedures.
- Investigate and report on accidents and incidents, and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety-related projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze safety metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as occupational health and safety or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a safety-related role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CHST certification.
- Experience with safety software and technology.
- Knowledge of industry-specific safety standards and regulations.
