Key Responsibilities

  • Culture: Foster a positive organizational culture that emphasizes support, engagement, and respect, while maintaining operational excellence. This manager will serve as a key representative of our values and hold the team accountable to these standards.
  • Leadership: Oversee daily scheduling operations across branches, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. This role also includes managing company resources and key responsibilities.
  • Operational Efficiency: Enhance the effectiveness of business operations within the staffing department. Responsibilities include process improvement, cost management, and productivity enhancement, while holding the team to high performance standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess branch performance and guide the scheduling team in adapting to changes, focusing on continuous improvement through data analysis and trend identification.
  • Client and Caregiver Satisfaction: Promote a high level of satisfaction among clients and caregivers within supported branches.
  • Business Partnership: Act as a liaison between various departments and regional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and respect among teams.
  • Talent Management: Responsible for recruiting, training, and developing staffing personnel, ensuring the department has the necessary talent to achieve operational objectives.
Experience Requirements
  • 5+ years of management experience, including performance and talent management, operational oversight, and productivity enhancement.
  • Ability to provide supervisory and colleague references.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred but not mandatory.
Location and Work Requirements
  • This position is primarily onsite, with training conducted at our main support center.
  • Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work required.
  • Travel may be necessary for branch visits or organizational meetings.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent standing, walking, and sitting, along with occasional lifting and driving.
  • Effective communication skills in English are essential.
  • Lifting requirements may vary from light to moderate.
