Job Summary

As a Storage Specialist at Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc., you will be responsible for managing storage buy orders, ensuring timely delivery, and performing daily, weekly, and monthly audits to maintain order and inventory accuracy. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain customer information needed to manage storage buy orders
• Manage storage buy orders to ensure timely delivery within a 14-day window
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly storage buy audits to ensure order and inventory accuracy
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in POS
• Act in a manner consistent with the company's core values
• Comply with the company's safety standard operating procedures for lifting practices
• Answer the telephone according to established guidelines

Working Conditions

This role is based in a warehouse environment with moderate to noisy conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to moving vehicles and must be able to exert 30-60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
