Key Responsibilities- Maintain and clean the donation trailer/pod area, ensuring a safe and organized environment for donors and staff.
- Assist donors in receiving donated items and provide receipts, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Manage reports and paperwork as instructed by the supervisor, maintaining accurate records and compliance.
- Separate and sort donated materials into designated containers, adhering to quality control standards.
- Assist TSA PA/Drivers with loading donations onto trucks, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
- Inform the supervisor of needed items prior to running out, ensuring seamless operations.
- Secure and lock the donation trailer/pod at the end of each shift, maintaining a secure environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Pass a background check, including criminal history and sex offender registry.
- Ability to read, write, and understand written and verbal instructions.
- Effective communication skills to interact with management, colleagues, customers, and donors.
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
- Ability to grasp, push, pull objects weighing up to 75lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks.
- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Our stores operate 7 days a week. Work schedules are determined by management, and employees must be flexible to ensure adequate store coverage. Full-time associates may be scheduled to work any full-time shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
