About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Rosewalk Village Lafayette. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for implementing speech-language services for patients, caregivers, and centers in accordance with the principles and practices of speech-language pathology and with ASC Therapies and Wellness policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop initial and ongoing treatment plans
  • Develop discharge plans and contribute to case management
  • Implement speech-language services in accordance with ASC Therapies and Wellness policies and procedures
