Sales Performance Manager

Hilti North America is seeking a skilled Sales Performance Manager to join our regional sales team. This is a unique opportunity for individuals from diverse backgrounds to excel in a high-performing culture.
We are looking for candidates with at least one year of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably working directly with customers. As a Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for developing engaged customer relationships, implementing strategic concepts, and effectively managing your territory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Direct customer contact and creation of loyal customer base
- Implementation of sales strategies and introduction of new products to customers and markets
- Management of customer interactions, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions
