Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned R&D professional with expertise in the agrochemical industry to support our Crop Care business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in colloid science, physical chemistry, and formulation experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute research programs that lead to technical and commercial successes.
  • Create and develop various pesticide formulations and delivery systems for a wide range of active ingredients.
  • Collaborate with Crop Care R&T globally and other functions across the company to deliver maximum success.
  • Develop collaborations with partners to enhance and expand the Agro application capabilities of Croda.
  • Prepare written reports and presentation materials.
  • Present Croda technology at industry meetings and communicate with customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • PhD or MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related fields.
  • PhD with a minimum 5 years related experience.
  • Master with a minimum 7 years related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Product formulation and evaluation experience across a range of types.
  • Clear understanding of the science behind the formation of stable and effective emulsions and dispersions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
