Your Duties:

  • Performing maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties
  • Engaging with clients to assess their needs and manage expectations
  • Aiming to build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience as a professional handyman
  • Possession of a complete set of tools
  • Must be insurable to operate company vehicles
  • Successful completion of background and driving record checks
  • Able to lift 50 pounds independently
  • Comfortable working at heights and overhead for extended durations
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and care of the company vehicle
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage customer interactions

Technical Expertise: As a seasoned handyman, proficiency in a minimum of three (3) of the following areas is essential:

  • Carpentry
  • Bathroom renovations
  • Kitchen upgrades
  • Interior and exterior painting
  • Drywall repair and installation
  • Basic plumbing and electrical tasks (where legally permissible)
  • Flooring installation and restoration
  • Knowledge of applicable building codes
