  • Provide training and support to employees on compliance-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in internal auditing and regulatory compliance in healthcare.
  • Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) by the Health Care Compliance Association preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid Driver's License.
Working Conditions

The Compliance Officer will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to handle detailed work and highly complex problems. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate and interact with others, including diverse, inter-disciplinary, cross-functional teams.
