We are seeking a highly skilled Building Automation Systems Programmer to join our team in the Oklahoma City or Tulsa Metro area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing building automation systems that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement building automation systems using line-based programming, standards, and procedures.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to installation personnel during start-up and commissioning of projects.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to ensure accurate estimation, design, installation, start-up, commissioning, and training for building systems.
  • Debug installation issues during static and dynamic start-up and commissioning of building controls and special systems.
  • Provide input to sales staff to assist in the accurate estimation, design, installation, start-up, commissioning, and training for building systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for assigned projects, including start-up documentation, commissioning documents, and operation and maintenance manuals.
  • Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and operation and maintenance manuals.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition of projects from operations to service.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience programming building automation systems and integrating with third-party equipment.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with various commercial HVAC systems.
  • Programming experience with Johnson Controls/Facility Explorer/Tridium Niagara highly preferred.
  • Experience with hands-on/field troubleshooting preferred.
  • BACnet and Modbus protocol experience.
  • Clear understanding and practical experience working with computer networks and building automation networks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
