Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Consistently provide a positive guest service experience that delivers total guest satisfaction.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare quality food products according to Menu Standards, ensuring that all guests receive hot, quality food.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and stock the assigned area(s), perform other cleaning duties as assigned, and maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests and employees.
  • Teamwork: Work assigned position(s) accurately and productively, and demonstrate the ability to work with others as a team.
Requirements
  • Education: Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
  • Experience: Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to work.
  • Accessibility: Must have a reliable method of communicating with the restaurant.
  • Hours: Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, days including weekends, holidays, and possibly including opening and closing shifts.
  • Attendance: Must maintain good attendance and punctuality throughout the year.
Skills and Abilities
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
  • Communication: Possess good verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
  • Physical Abilities: Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend and stoop, work around heat, and lift up to 50 lbs. comfortably.
