Position Overview:

  • MuleSoft Proficiency: At least 3 years of experience with MuleSoft versions 3+/4+.

  • Connector Proficiency: Strong knowledge of various connectors/endpoints and DataWeave Language (DWL).

  • JVM Diagnostics: Solid grasp of JVM configuration and troubleshooting (e.g., start/stop issues).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, capable of leading triage discussions and effectively conveying both technical and non-technical information.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in production support with an emphasis on resolving intricate issues.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MuleSoft and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
  • Experience in Database, Network, or Server management is advantageous.
