Job Title: Supplier Performance Improvement Specialist

Location: Philadelphia

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Description: As a Supplier Performance Improvement Specialist at L3 Technologies, you will be responsible for working with suppliers to identify and implement process improvements that drive zero-defect culture of quality, supplier excellence, and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), SPC, Predictive Quality methodologies, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Six Sigma, and Lean Concepts to drive supplier improvements. Additionally, you will lead RCCA activities for systemic quality issues and conduct on-site quality system assessments.
