Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: Create innovative designs that prioritize structural strength, wear resistance, and longevity for machinery with weights ranging from 32,000 to 80,000 lbs.
  • Hydraulic Systems: Oversee the selection and integration of hydraulic components, including motors, gearboxes, filters, and intelligent cylinders.
  • Structural Engineering: Utilize SolidWorks to design, simulate, and evaluate structural components, ensuring they are durable and cost-effective.
  • Manufacturing Processes: Collaborate with teams that utilize various manufacturing techniques, including pressing, laser machining, and assembly of heavy equipment to realize your designs.
  • Problem Solving: Address technical challenges such as motor vibration issues, aiming to enhance equipment lifespan while minimizing expenses.

Qualifications:
