Job Title: B2B Content Manager

At Execo, we're seeking a highly skilled B2B Content Manager to lead our content marketing efforts and drive business growth through strategic content creation and execution.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that align with our ABM initiatives, managing a team of content creators, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and conversion for high-value accounts.
  • Lead a team of content creators to produce high-quality content that supports B2B campaigns across various formats.
  • Collaborate with sales and ABM teams to develop account-specific content strategies that align with broader marketing efforts.
  • Conduct content audits, develop editorial calendars, and manage the overall content workflow for ABM and broader content marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize results.
  • Stay current on industry trends, ABM best practices, and content marketing tools to continually enhance and innovate strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven success in developing and managing content strategies for ABM campaigns that drive measurable business results.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and guiding content creators.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft content that speaks directly to specific target accounts and personas.
  • Deep understanding of ABM principles, buyer's journey mapping, and how content plays a critical role in multi-channel ABM campaigns.
  • Familiarity with ABM tools and platforms, and the ability to integrate them into content strategies.
  • Proficiency in SEO, content management systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple ABM campaigns and content marketing initiatives simultaneously.
