Role Summary:
The Senior Pharmacist II is responsible for overseeing the proper management, preparation, and dispensing of medications, ensuring compliance with established medical and pharmacy standards, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Medication Management: Review and process prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness, ensuring all medications are correctly labeled and dispensed in a timely manner.
- Patient Safety: Conduct thorough patient profile reviews to identify and resolve potential medication-related issues.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records in accordance with pharmacy department requirements.
- Inventory Control: Monitor drug supplies, anticipate shortages, and manage procurement of medications as necessary.
- Clinical Support: Provide drug information and education to healthcare providers and patients, ensuring safe and effective medication use.

Qualifications:
