Job Overview
The Business Manager will oversee the administrative and financial operations of a power plant, encompassing financial forecasting, budgeting, procurement, accounting, human resources, payroll, benefits, and inventory management. This role includes managing plant APR, warehouse, and administrative staff while ensuring adherence to corporate policies and maintaining comprehensive records for the facility.

- Exercise independent judgment, evaluating various factors to select appropriate methods and techniques.
- Define methods and procedures for new assignments.
- Act as project lead on medium to large-scale projects, coordinating the efforts of professionals and technicians.
- Provide training and mentorship to employees on technical competencies.
- Collaborate with others to resolve critical issues and clarify complex information.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 5-10 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and project management across various functions, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft, Maximo, Hyperion, and ImageNow is highly preferred.
Compensation Information
- Salary Range: $92,000 - $117,454.00
