Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Property Management Professional to join our team at Property Management Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate communication within assigned communities, ensuring seamless interactions between residents, board members, and staff.
  • Plan and execute meetings as per contractual agreements, fostering open dialogue and collaboration.
  • Ensure timely completion of community financial planning and budget preparation, guaranteeing transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor and address work order requests, providing prompt follow-up to board members and ensuring resolution.
  • Enforce community deed restrictions through regular compliance reviews, upholding the highest standards of governance.
  • Perform additional tasks as required for assigned communities, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in Homeowners Association property management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling the ability to build strong relationships with board members and community residents.
  • Superior organizational skills, with the capacity to multitask, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Occasional evening availability for community meetings, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to collaboration.
