About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Alliance Solution Architect to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our AWS partnership forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Spearhead strategies for Partner Specializations, including competencies, service delivery designations, and service offerings.
  • Artifacts and Presentations: Lead the development of artifacts and presentations required to achieve Partner Specialization, collaborating with internal stakeholders where needed.
  • AWS Marketplace Strategy: Contribute to our ongoing AWS Marketplace Strategy and support the management of our new and existing listings.
  • Thought Leadership: Participate in internal and external thought leadership content creation, and leading efforts around Joint opportunities with AWS.
  • Event Representation: Represent the company at AWS events such as AWS Summits and re:Invent, serving as the main technical contact.
  • Partnership Fostering: Support meetings, round-table discussions, and activities aimed at fostering partnership with AWS.
  • Technical Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for engaging with AWS Technical Teams.
  • Internal Collaboration: Act as a bridge between internal teams and AWS in a technical capacity, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Program Management: Act as the technical liaison for various programs like Immersion Day, GameDay, Well-Architected, Migration Acceleration, and Microsoft Modernization Programs.
  • Training and Support: Coordinate training strategies and delivery for AWS solutions, services, and programs, liaising between AWS and internal teams.
  • Operations Support: Provide support to our operations teams around AWS solutions identification and reporting.
  • Go-To-Market Planning: Collaborate with AWS and internal teams to develop strategies for new and existing solutions and their Go-To-Market plans.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. BS in Computer Science preferred and/or equivalent technical experience.
  • Experience: 8+ years' experience in Information Technology and/or Professional Services required; 12+ years preferred.
  • AWS Experience: 5-8+ years' experience in or working with an AWS professional services organization or as a Partner Solution Architect at a CSP (AWS Preferred).
  • Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate required within 6 months.
