Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Radiology Technologist to join our team at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. As a Diagnostic Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality radiographic images for medical interpretation and interacting with healthcare staff, patients, and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiologic exams and produce high-quality images
  • Interact with healthcare staff, patients, and their families
  • Rotate through various modalities, including portables, surgery, fluoro, and emergency department
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Continuously educate yourself on new procedures and technologies
Requirements
  • Graduate from a two-year certificate program in Radiology Technology
  • Registered or eligible by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • Licensed or eligible for license by the State of Arkansas in Radiology Technology
  • CPR certified
Preferred Qualifications
  • BS Degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
  • More than one year of experience in diagnostic radiology or a related field
