Resident Experience Coordinator

About the Opportunity:
- This leadership position requires 2-3 years of experience in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare management, preferably in a senior role.
- A valid driver's license and proficiency with computer systems are necessary qualifications.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Direct daily operations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable living environment for residents and their families.
- Mentor and support staff to provide top-notch service quality in reception and dining areas.
- Supervise housekeeping operations, maintaining a clean and well-maintained community space.
- Cultivate strong bonds with residents, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of mutual respect and understanding.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop strategic plans enhancing the overall resident experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
- A salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
